CILT’s Strategic Plan Renewal

The Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT) is currently undertaking a review of its current three-year strategic plan from 2014 to 2017 to develop a new one for the period of 2018 to 2021 and beyond.

In keeping with the independent living philosophy, it is key that we hear from consumers, other community members, allies, funders and partners.  CILT would like to we invite you to complete a 10-question survey to assist us in ensuring that we are making the best decisions we can in the current environment. We need to feel we are prepared for foreseeable impacts and reactions to these realities in its new strategic plan.

In addition, the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 (LHSIA) requires health service providers to “engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when developing plans and setting priorities for the delivery of health services”.

Your responses to this survey will help design and inform CILT’s new strategic plan. The 10-question survey is very brief and will only take about 20-30 minutes to complete.
