Topic: Exercise and Goal Setting at Home
During this session we will be trying some seated exercise and breathing techniques as well as talking about goal setting in the context of exercising at home due to Covid-19.

More about Julian:
Julian has a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk College where he graduated in 2018. He is a manual wheelchair-user born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus who has been playing wheelchair basketball since 2003. He also swam competitively and has done some handcycle races. He loves to travel and has travelled (mostly solo) to 12 countries on 3 continents.
