CILT Peer Connect is a virtual peer support opportunity for adults with disabilities that operates within the Independent Living Philosophy. In every session we check in and connect around a particular topic and have a chance to share how we are coping with stress and isolation as a result of COVID-19. Please be ready to participate in activity and discussion and let us know if we can support with any accommodations. Sessions take place over zoom. You need to register in order to receive the link. There is an option to join these sessions by phone. Automatic closed captioning will be provided.
