Foundations of Disability Inclusion is an engaging and interactive two-hour virtual workshop designed for organizations throughout Ontario to meet the following objectives:
- Understand disability as part of human diversity.
- Develop strategies to improve access and equity at all levels.
- Recognize rights, roles, and responsibilities.
- Explore ways to actively practice access and inclusion and dismantle ableism
- Understand Independent Living as a fundamental shift in society
- Identify and learn to apply disability justice principles
