The Metrolinx Universal Design Team has designed a survey to collect feedback from customers with disabilities or others who may require accessible services. Metrolinx wants to better understand customers’ experience on GO Transit to improve services and to stay informed about the accessibility planning process.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete (longer with a screen reader).
