Join the AEBC Toronto Chapter on August 19th, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for an interactive town hall for the blind, deaf, and disabled communities including panelists from the medical community and those with lived experience with COVID and the importance of vaccines.
Panelist discussion will include:
- An overview of current COVID-19 vaccines and their efficacy
- Personal and scientific benefits of COVID-19 vaccination
- Vaccination myth busting and common fears shared by disabled individuals
- How to book your vaccine appointment in Ontario for first and second doses
Accommodations provided include ASL interpreters from Deaf Spectrum and live captioning through the Zoom platform.
