CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Description:

Responsible for a variety of duties associated with customer care and administrative functions. Also responsible for meeting the schedule of assigned duties and ensures that the company’s goals for service, honesty and reliability are exceeded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Customer Care Team Leader and has a strong working relationship with customers, suppliers, management and all staff.

  • Takes and processes orders received from customers. Handles related issues and maintains associated records.
  • Keeps current on all new products and services, thus informing customer of all marketing and sales promotions that are applicable to them.
  • Answers and follows up on all customer queries, and concerns.
  • Directs consumers to their nearest skin care centre.
  • When necessary, processes opening orders ensuring all required information is received.
  • Ensures job issues are handled promptly, effectively and appropriately.
  • Ensures accuracy and timely input of all data entry associated with the position.
  • Make sure that emails and voicemails are responded to in a timely fashion
  • When necessary, provide reception, marketing and sales support relief.
  • Actively participate in on going training when requested to do so
  • Ensure client information is properly maintained and update on a regular basis within prescribed credit guidelines.
  • Ability to review customer terms and conditions.
  • Ability to review Merchandise Returns Authorization Policy and Procedures.
  • Qualification Requirements:

    • The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the requirements of today’s skin care centers and be reliable, dedicated and willing to work as part of a winning team. 
    • As an ambassador of Dermalogica, the candidate must incorporate the company’s mission and commitment to its business partners at every point of contact with both internal and external clients.
    • Customer Service experience required.
    • Administrative and data entry skills highly desirable.

    • Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheets
    • Multi-tasking and strong attention to detail

    • To take the initiative to go beyond excellent customer care.
