As the accessibility subject expert, you will coordinate and provide professional and strategic policy advice for the development of strategies and plans to launch the OPS Accessibility Leadership Strategy. Qualifications: extensive experience in policy/program development along with expert knowledge of accessibility issues within the context of public policy; thorough understanding of accessibility principles and government priorities and strategic directions related to disability and accessibility issues; strategic thinker with proven skills in research, analysis, evaluation, synthesis and writing of complex information; effective project manager with ability to manage complex and large-scale issues and develop high-quality policy and operational recommendations; accomplished in communicating and managing relationships with diverse groups of people while demonstrating political acuity.
