TORONTO, January 8, 2007 – A landmark decision with major implications for disabled Canadians will be handed down by the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) on Thursday, January 10th at 4:00 p.m. EST. The CTA decision concerns the right of individuals with disabilities to travel by air without having to pay for a second seat to accommodate their disabilities, whether for themselves or for their attendants.
