Over the course of the coming months, Ad hoc Research will undertake a variety of studies on behalf of Bell among people with different disabilities. The objective of the studies is to gain insight into the way people with disabilities use various telecommunication technologies, in order to better serve their needs. This research may help improve the design of new products and services in terms of usability and functionality.
