Maxine is the Diversity Outreach Officer with Emergency Management Ontario. Maxine has written the provincial publication “Emergency Preparedness Guide for People with Disability / Special Needs,” is the Security Columnist for the Metro Toronto newspaper and is the Court Watch Reporter in Ontario’s specialized Domestic Violence Courts for the Woman Abuse Council of Toronto (WACT).
