The Researcher will be tasked, with support from other NEADS team members, to complete the following tasks:
- Develop, write and edit, using both primary and secondary sources, a guidebook: Promoting Careers in Canada´s Science and Technology Sectors to Students and Recent Graduates with Disabilities: Success Stories, Best Practices and Resources;
- Reach out to stakeholders in advance of a Stakeholder Consultation in the Fall/Winter of 2009-2010;
- Continue doing research into programs that are available internationally, which may serve as best practices and models for developing a Canadian framework to address disability issues in science and technology-related fields.
