What is the media telling us about how we view persons with disabilities?
Hear evidence based data collected by DRPI by recording “Lived Experiences” of people with disabilities and understand service delivery from customers’ perspective.
Dr. Marcia Rioux, Co-founder of the Disability Rights Promotion International Canada Project (DRPI-Canada) will share with you details on an exciting International project currently monitoring the rights of persons with disabilities in various locations around the world.
The presenters will share some of their findings with a focus on inclusive customer service. The monitoring project in Toronto was led by their partner, the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT), whose Executive Director, Miss Sandra Carpenter, is also one of our event presenters.
