Options for Homes is a not-for-profit corporation that develops and markets quality affordable condos and town homes, which sell for approximately $40,000 less than current market. The Options for Homes financial model can be replicated by non-profit organizations to build condo units, rather than rental units. It does not use government subsidies to build units.
