The Toronto Council of Educators (TCE) is a new, 15 member organization with a mandate to develop and implement a collaborative and coordinated approach among educational institutions to enhance access to post-secondary education (PSE) for marginalised youth. TCE member organizations include each public postsecondary institution in Toronto, the two largest public school boards in Toronto, organized labour, and community-based organizations that serve youth. The TCE is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the Ministry of Education, and TD Canada Trust. The City of Toronto’s Social Development, Finance and Administration Division is the trustee organization for the TCE and a partner in the initiative.
TCE is currently seeking a Project Manager to support its efforts.
