The Toronto Service Review Program will help the City Manager and Council to identify what services the City should deliver, how they can be more efficient and cost effective, and how we should pay for them.
To address Toronto’s 2012 budget gap of $774 million, City Council has launched a review of all of its services and implemented a multi-year financial planning process. The City of Toronto is reviewing the services it provides and looking at how services can best be delivered to Toronto residents.
