Birchmount Bluffs Neighbourhood Centre (BBNC) and Scarborough Women’s Centre offer programs and services designed for adults and youth with disabilities and health barriers. Participants with disabilities are welcome to attend BBNC programs accompanied by their own support person or service animal. No additional program fee is charged for support persons and subsidies are available to persons with low incomes. Most Winter programs begin the week of Jan 3rd and run for 12 weeks.
