This is a fully inclusive yoga class that is open to people of all abilities. Taking place in a chair with optional standing poses, participants will stretch, strengthen, rejuvenate and relax through a series of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation. This class will offer different variations and options, encouraging participants to explore at their own pace, and expand their yoga experience within a welcoming and inclusive community.
