A group of agencies, coalitions and networks in Toronto’s community sector including the Commitment to Community Campaign (C2C), the Alliance for Poverty Free Toronto (APT), Children’s Aid Society, Public Interest, Social Planning Toronto and Toronto Neighbourhood Centres (TNC) are trying to engage a wide range of stakeholders to address City of Toronto’s Poverty Reduction Plan.
The purpose of the meeting is to continue to build community alignment on policy recommendations, neighbourhood engagement and advocacy to secure a strong Toronto poverty reduction strategy.
When: Friday, April 10, 2015. From 9:30 am – 12 p.m.
Where: Children’s Aid Society of Toronto, 30 Isabella Street, 7th floor auditorium (East of Yonge, 3 blocks south of Bloor)
