The Council of Canadians with Disabilities and Independent Living Canada are joining together to ask political leaders to commit to making the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) refundable.
Although this is very helpful for people with disabilities who are employed, there are approximately 750,000 people who do not receive the tax credit because they do not earn enough.
On the DTC for All website, you can sign a petition, which will be sent to all federal party leaders.
