Request for Proposals: Strategic Plan for the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT)
Deadline: September 13, 2024
Introduction: CILT seeks proposals from qualified consultant or firms to develop a strategic plan for 2025-2030, reflecting CILT’s values and aligning with funding requirements.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct an environmental scan and SWOT analysis
- Review current vision, mission, goals, and activities
- Engage with stakeholders through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and workshops
- Develop and present a draft strategic plan
- Finalize and deliver the strategic plan
Deliverables and Timeline
- Project plan by December 6, 2024
- Environmental scan and SWOT analysis by December 21, 2024
- Stakeholder engagement by January 31, 2025
- Draft strategic plan by February 15, 2025
- Final strategic plan by March 15, 2025
- Presentation to the Board by March 31, 2025
Budget and Payment: Total budget is $30,000 CAD. Payment in four installments.
Proposal Requirements:
- Cover letter, approach, work plan, budget, and references
Submission: Email proposals by September 15, 2024, 5:00 pm EST.
The selection committee will shortlist and interview the top three candidates and make the final decision by November 15, 2024. The successful candidate will be notified and invited to sign a contract and commence the project on November 22, 2024.
