AEBC Toronto Chapter is pleased to present our Vaccine Town Hall Part 2: “Our Journey with COVID”

An interactive town hall for the blind and deaf communities, and a wide spectrum of diverse disabled communities. Panelists will include those from the medical community and those with lived experience with vaccine hesitancy, long COVID, booster side effects, and fourth dose considerations.

Panelist discussion will include:
- Our journey with COVID: Where we are today, what we have learned, and what the future holds for us
- An overview of COVID vaccines, doses, benefits, and efficacy
- Vaccination myth busting, and common fears shared by disabled individuals with lived experience
- Discussing the side effects of COVID vaccination and COVID infection
Featuring panelists Dr. Rob Kozak, Clinical Microbiologist at Sunnybrook Hospital, and Craig Madho, Research Analyst at UHN OpenLab.
Accommodations provided include ASL interpreters from Deaf Spectrum and live captioning through the Zoom platform.
