Parkdale Community Health Centre (PCHC) is situated in a vibrant, multicultural inner-city neighbhorhood. They work with the community, in all its diversity, to address its health-related needs through community development and action, the delivery of primary health care, counselling, advocacy and health promotion. PCHC gives priority to individuals and groups who traditionally encounter barriers to high quality health care services. The Project Co-ordinator will work with PCHC staff and PCCRN to promote community safety, develop the leadership of Parkdale residents, and engage Network partners in developing local initiatives.
