Tangled is celebrating the International Day for People with Disabilities with two exhibits at TIFF Bell Lightbox.

TIFF Bell Lightbox, Cinema 3 A panel discussion about the impact of current provincial legislation on the lives and practices of artists with disabilities. Panelists include artist/scholars Nancy Viva Davis Halifax and jes sachse, Executive Director of Thunder Bay’s HAGI David Shannon, and Agnes MacKillop from the Ontario Accessibility Directorate. The panel will be moderated by respected community activist Fran Odette.
