The Law Commission of Ontario released a Discussion Paper on Legal Capacity, Decision-making and Guardianship.
The LCO is seeking feedback from members of the public, including older adults and persons with disabilities, service providers, policy-makers, lawyers and advocates until Friday, October 17, 2014, and expects to release a draft report and recommendations next year.
