The Anne Johnston Health Station invites you to attend a free educational workshop for people with disabilities called:
SexAbility ‘Dine & Discuss’ – Disability Pride and Sexuality Being proud of everything about you including your disability can be very hard sometimes.
Myths and stereotypes that define us as “broken” or “less than” can impact our sense of self and lower our self-esteem.
At this workshop we will be exploring how to take pride in ourselves by exploring and celebrating every aspect of which we are including the rich experiences that come with having a disability. Taking pride in ourselves raises self-esteem and that makes us feel better which makes us more attractive others!
