The City of Toronto Elections Office is now conducting a market research survey to find out how Torontonians found the voting process in the most recent municipal election.
Everyone’s circulation of this introduction letter with a link to the survey, and the ultimate feedback, will facilitate a better understanding of how the City can provide the best service possible for voters at elections.
It will also help everybody to make voting more accessible for residents with disabilities. In this project, the city of Torornto office is partnering with Ipsos Reid, a leading global market research firm. Ipsos will be collecting the data that will use to make future decisions.
This online survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and ask that the survey be completed no later than November 19.
All information that is provided will be kept STRICTLY confidential. Results will be reported in one combined summary so individual comments can not be identified.
